Flats at Olmos Apartments Trades Hands

The recently-renovated Flats at Olmos sold to a private buyer. The Class C, 76-unit complex at 103 Jackson Keller Rd. in San Antonio was acquired by James Rainosek. Moses Siller and Zar Haro with JLL represented the Austin-based private seller, SA BF&C Properties.

The complex, which delivered in the 1960s, is situated on 6.2 acres on the city’s north side. The complex offers studios, one, two, and three-bedroom units, with amenities including a pool and on-site clothing care centers. Upgrades include new appliances.

“The sale of The Flats at Olmos underscores the continued level of investor interest in multifamily product in San Antonio and the surrounding area,” Siller said. “For the past several years, San Antonio has been the beneficiary of significant job gains and population growth thanks in part to our region’s strong economic fundamentals, positioning our market on the shortlist for many capital investors.”
