Flatiron District’s Scribner Building Reaches Full Occupancy

Since launching its commercial arm earlier this year, Platinum Commercial, part of the family-owned boutique brokerage Platinum Properties, has leased the remaining floors at 155 Fifth Ave., the historic six-story commercial building famously known as The Scribner Building and located in The Flatiron District. Platinum Commercial leased 15,600 square feet of commercial space across three floors , bringing the building to full occupancy.

Platinum signed a deal with Vitesse PSP Inc, a London-based treasury and payment service provider for the insurance sector. The fintech firm leased 5,200 square feet on the fourth floor. Platinum Commercial’s Steven Evans, Emre Bozkurt, Joseph Zalta, and Brian Peer represented the landlord, while the tenant was represented by Alex Gerome and Andy Roberts of Cresa.

Other notable tenants include two UK-based contemporary fashion brands which both signed 10-year leases: Varley and Manière De Voir. American furniture manufacturer Hickory Business Furniture and LIXIL Water Experience Center have also established a presence in the building.
