Flatbush MF Lands $32M in Construction Financing from S3 Capital

Triple C Builders has secured $32 million in construction financing for a mixed-use multifamily development in Flatbush, Brooklyn. S3 Capital Partners provided the acquisition financing, while Pinchas Vogel and Leah Paskus of Landstone Capital Group arranged the transaction.

The seven-story project at 2700 Church Avenue will comprise 69 rental units, 9,796 square feet of retail space, and a 13,500-square-foot community area. The development, undertaken by Triple C Builders in collaboration with Chaim Rosenwasser under 2700 Church Realty LLC, looks to address the city’s housing demand while enhancing community amenities.

“This new development will bring much-needed rental housing to the neighborhood while providing retail and community space that will contribute to the continued renaissance of Flatbush,” said Robert Schwartz, co-founder and principal of S3 Capital.
