Flatbush Apartments Trade for $275K per Unit
A local investor paid $2.2 million for a four-story walkup apartment building in the Flatbush neighborhood of Brooklyn.
The 7,800-square-foot building at 220 East 23rd St. includes eight three-bedroom apartments. That works out to a price of $275,000 per unit.
“This is a terrific cash-flowing property with significant upside in an up-and-coming Brooklyn neighborhood,” said Ron Kavral, director for Eastern Consolidated, which represented the seller, SNS1 Realty LLC, a local investor. “Many investors are taking notice of Flatbush because it is a very desirable community with great assets.”
Jonathan Haber, associate director with Eastern Consolidated, represented the buyer, 220 E 23rd Partners LLC.
