Flagstar Bank Inks 60K-SF in Midtown East

Flagstar Private Bank, a business unit of Flagstar Bank, N.A., has facilitated a new lease at 320 Park Avenue in Midtown East. The three-level space in the 730,000-square-foot tower will house a ground-floor banking center and two floors of office space in a 12.5-year lease starting in May 2024.

The 35-story property recently underwent renovations, including a state-of-the-art lobby, café, gym, and over 25,000 square feet of amenity space for all tenants. “The expansion of Flagstar Private Bank in Manhattan will foster continued growth and offer our teams the ability to strengthen capabilities and service for the long-term success of our clients,” said EVP and President of Flagstar’s Private Bank, Jason Birnbaum.

A Colliers team of Michael Cohen, Howard Kaplowitz and Andrew Roos negotiated the lease on behalf of the tenant. Frank Doyle and David Kleiner at JLL handle leasing on behalf of property ownership
