Flagship Properties Acquires 45K-SF Medical Office Building in North Carolina

Flagship Healthcare Properties has acquired a 45,390-square-foot medical office building and ambulatory surgery center in Hickory, NC for an undisclosed price.

Located at 214 18th St. SE, the property is fully leased by OrthoCarolina and Frye Surgery Center. OrthoCarolina leases 32,522 square feet and Frye Surgery Center leases 12,868 square feet at the property.

Flagship acquired the facility through its private REIT, Flagship Healthcare Trust Inc. The property was acquired from a partnership of Hunt Shuford, David Looper and the Broyhill family.
