Flagship Healthcare Properties Announces Tate as Partner in Charlotte

Charlotte-based healthcare real estate firm Flagship Healthcare Properties has announced that Tripp Tate has been named partner. Tate has been with Flagship since 2008, serving as chief accounting officer and executive vice president of accounting.

“In the dozen years since Tripp joined the Flagship team, he has been an integral part of the company’s growth and success,” said Charles Campbell, managing partner and CEO at Flagship. “He has overseen the development of the company’s Finance and Accounting divisions and provided leadership to the company’s Administration, Human Resources and Risk Management areas.”

Flagship Healthcare Properties is a fully-integrated outpatient healthcare real estate firm serving clients throughout the Southeastern and Southern Mid-Atlantic United States. Currently, Flagship manages more than 4.3 million square feet of healthcare real estate across more than 165 properties.
