Fixture Maker Grows Out of Flower Mound HQ, Building Another

Niagara Conservation has gotten too big for its current facility, but it’s not too big for Flower Mound. The Dallas Business Journal report the company, which makes shower heads and water-saving toilets, is ready to take over the last sizable commercial lot in the town. Before making the decision to move, the company used third-party warehouses across Dallas-Fort Worth to store and deliver its products.

The new headquarters will total 127,810 square feet, with 10,000 square feet of it being office space. The building features a showroom with Niagara’s patented products. The remainder will be testing and distribution space. The headquarters was built by Addison-based Cadence McShane, with architect firm Meinhardt & Associates as the designer.

The company generated over $200 million in revenue in 2022.
