Five Senior Care Centers Scheduled to Open in Houston

Partners in Primary Care, a subsidiary of Humana Inc., announced it would open five new senior-focused, primary care medical centers in the Houston metro area. Partners in Primary Care already has a foothold in San Antonio. The centers, staffed with board-eligible physicians and providers, will provide services to Medicare and Medicare Advantage patients.

Four centers will open in summer 2019 at the following addresses:

• 5104 Harrisburg Blvd., Houston
• 545 Gulfgate Center Mall, Houston
• 1910 John Ralston Rd., Houston
• 3915 Spencer Hwy., Pasadena

A fifth location is scheduled to open in fall 2019, in Meyerland.

The centers will include an on-site pharmacist, clinical advocate, community center to offer free health and fitness programming, and partnerships with local food banks and community organizations. In addition to providing senior-oriented healthcare, the Partners in Primary Care centers will host University of Houston pharmacy and social work students. Future rotations will also include physician and nursing students.
