Five Point Names Shipyard Transition Team

Developer Five Point Holdings has transitioned the operations for its Candlestick® and The San Francisco Shipyard® communities in the City of San Francisco to a newly formed team of entitlement consultants, including the company’s now former COO Kofi Bonner, operating as Shipyard Advisors LLC.

Bonner is joined as a principal at Shipyard Advisors by former San Francisco Mayor and Assembly Speaker Willie Brown and attorney Steven Kay. The trio will represent Five Point on a number of initiatives, with a primary focus on negotiations for the final transfer of the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard for redevelopment.

In tandem, Five Point has named Lynn Jochim as sole Chief Operating Officer, a title she had shared with Bonner at the Company. She will directly oversee Five Point’s California projects, including Candlestick’s approved first phase of 750,000 square feet of office, 1,600 homes and 300,000 square feet of retail and amenity space.
