An oceanfront, five-unit apartment property in “The Flower Capital of the U.S.” (that is, in Carlsbad, Calif.**) has sold for $6.9 million, according to a news release.

The complex is located at 2633 Ocean St. and was acquired by Entity Mila Co II, LLC. The seller was not disclosed. 

Christie Horn and Lynn Oddo of Berkshire Hathaway represented the buyer. Aaron Bove and CJ Ferns, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s San Diego Del Mar office, represented the seller.

The apartment building has one four-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment, one two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment, two one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartments, and one studio apartment.

** Carlsbad could just as easily be known as The Golf Capital of the U.S., as many of the major golf companies are located there, including Taylor-Made, Adidas and Calloway.
