Five-Building Portfolio Trades in Joliet, Crest Hill

Marcus & Millichap finalized the sale of a five-building apartment portfolio in Joliet and Crest Hill, IL. The portfolio changed hands for $1,760,000.

Adam Fortino, a senior associate in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, marketed the property on behalf of the seller, who was not disclosed. He also secured and represented the unidentified buyer.

Located at 632-704 Kungs Way in Joliet and 1131 Elizabeth Ct. in Crest Hill, the portfolio totals 22 units, including four one-bedroom/one-bathroom units and 18 two-bedroom/ one and one-half bathroom units. The properties feature ample off-street parking along with 12 garage parking spaces, in addition to onsite laundry facilities and many recent capital improvements.
