Five-Building Grapevine Station Office Sells

A multi-tenant portfolio of five office buildings within the Grapevine Station mixed-use development sold to an out-of-state private investor. The seller of the property at 1000 Texan Trail in Grapevine, TX was not indicated.  However, Westwood Group Development is the developer of the entire 38-acre mixed-use development, which is near the Gaylord Texan Resort and Grapevine Convention Center.

Cody Payne with Marcus & Millichap represented the seller and sourced the buyer. The space delivered from 2014-2017, and is 100% occupied. “Out of state buyers are still active in our area, and continuously beat out local buyers,” Payne said.

Grapevine Station is a retail and office development. According to the developer website, the square footage totals 462,500.
