Five Below to Open in Bronx 

Olshan Properties announced the opening of a new Five Below store in Parkchester, Bronx, NY. The store, located at 1451 Metropolitan Ave, occupies a 9,500-square-foot space near the commercial center of Parkchester.  

Known for its products priced at $5 and below, the store offers a wide range of items, including tech gadgets, clothing, sports equipment, beauty products, toys, and candies.  

“Parkchester’s vibrant blend of retail offerings is a coveted shopping destination in the heart of the Bronx,” said Ken Marshall, senior vice president of Commercial Assets at Olshan Properties. “We continue to embrace new retail partners, and the arrival of Five Below further enhances our distinguished roster of retailers. We are delighted to bring this dynamic and affordable shopping experience to the local community.”
