FitzGerald Designing New Office Development at 919 W Fulton

Work is continuing to progress on 919 W. Fulton, one of the few new office developments in the city. The Fulton Market project is designed by FitzGerald, a Chicago-based architecture, interior design, and sustainability firm.

Skender and Fulton Street Companies celebrated the groundbreaking ceremony for the building late last year. The 11-story mixed-use office development will span 409,000 square feet in Fulton Market. The anchor tenant will be Harrison Street Real Estate Capital, which will occupy 112,000 square feet. The Gibsons Restaurant Group plans to open a 15,000-square-foot restaurant on the ground floor of the building.

Once complete in 2025, 919 Fulton will feature factory-style storefronts and large outdoor terraces. A connecting lobby will allow tenants and the community to access the ground floor from any point around the block. The project’s design will play off the historic look of the neighborhood with a brick facade and aged bronze masonry and metal.
