Fitness Factory to Open 16K-SF Space in NJ
Fitness Factory Health Club will open this summer at The Gardens shopping center in Mt. Olive Township, Morris County, NJ. The 16,400-square-foot space is part of the former Bed, Bath & Beyond store. R.J. Brunelli & Co., the leasing agent, secured the deal.
“This location gives us a catbird seat in the upper northwest quadrant of New Jersey, which is starving for a big-box, full-service premium facility, and we will be flanked by our huge sister location in Rockaway, NJ,” said Fitness Factory Managing Member Richard Scarpati.
Fitness Factory joins new tenants like Boot Barn, Ross, and Skechers, with Panda Express and Chipotle Mexican Grill opening later this year. Major retailers at The Gardens include Lowe’s, TJ Maxx, Home Goods, Michael’s, PetSmart, and Five Below. The new Fitness Factory will be the second location in Morris County for the chain. The center, now 98% leased, has undergone a major renovation by Black Lion Investment Group.
