Fitness Concept Rostudios Signs with Savanna for First U.S. Location

Amsterdam-based fitness concept Rostudios has agreed to a new 10-year lease at Savanna’s 799 Broadway, a Class A office tower located in Greenwich Village. Rostudios will occupy a 9,000-square-foot studio at 799 Broadway, its first U.S. location.

The Rostudios space at the building will have its entrance west of Broadway on East 11th Street and will lead down to a lower level with generous ceiling height column spacing. The new Rostudios space will include a spin studio and an area for reformer Pilates classes.

799 Broadway is a 12-story, 176,588-square-foot trophy quality office building delivered in 2022. Savanna acquired the distressed office property in November 2024 and the Rostudios lease represents the first new tenant since taking ownership. Currently the property is about 94% occupied.

Steven Soutendijk and Patrick O’Rourke with Cushman & Wakefield brokered the transaction. Brian Reiver and Thomas Henderson served as in-house representatives for Savanna.
