Fitness Concept FS8 to Open Second Greater Baltimore Location

Fitness concept FS8 has selected Park Plaza in Severna Park as the site for the second location in the greater Baltimore metropolitan region.

Franchise owners Gina Barton and Jennifer Bergman signed a lease with Continental Realty Corporation (CRC) for 5,077 square feet of space at the nearly 185,000 square foot shopping center located at 550 Ritchie Highway.

Roseanne Holmes, Commercial Leasing Associate for CRC, represented the landlord, and John Rosso and Ryan Brant of Rosso Commercial, together with Marcie Campbell of Locate AI, represented the tenant in this transaction. “It is a great addition for the community, expanding convenient wellness options close to home and giving residents another reason to make Park Plaza part of their weekly routine,” said CRC’s Kristina O’Keefe, Senior Vice President of Retail Operations.

Anchored by MOM’s Organic Market, Planet Fitness, and Five Below, Park Plaza features 55 tenants, including restaurants, medical offices, professional services, financial services, sports, and fitness retailers.
