Fitness Concept Anatomy Signs 14K-SF Lease at Regatta Harbour in Coconut Grove

Progressive fitness community Anatomy has signed a 14,500-square-foot lease at Regatta Harbour, a 10-acre mixed-use development in Miami’s Coconut Grove neighborhood.

The fitness outfit will occupy space in the southern region of the retail space, on the ground floor of the project’s modern parking garage. Anatomy delivers three main elements: sweat, enhance and recover. Through personal training, Pilates and a variety of group classes, the programming is designed for individual members. Regatta Harbour marks Anatomy’s third gym in South Florida, joining locations in Midtown and Miami Beach.

Regatta Harbour also recently signed a lease with Celebrity Chef Jeremy Ford for a new boat-to-table restaurant at the project’s marina to be called Afishonado. The Arquitectonica-designed development is slated for completion in 2020, and will feature more than 100,000 square feet of specialty retail and high-profile, chef-driven restaurants.

Connect South Florida is coming to Key Biscayne on Feb. 26, 2020. For more information, or to register, click here.
