The MAX Challenge has leased 3,000 square feet at Blue Star Shopping Center in Watchung, NJ.

Moawad, leasing representative for Levin Management Corp. (LMC), the owner of the 419,000-square-foot property.

Blue Star Shopping Center is anchored by Kohl’s, ShopRite, Marshalls, Michaels, Toys ‘R’ Us and Tuesday Morning. Retail availabilities range from 1,600 up to 18,730 square feet.
