Fitness Brand F45 Training Powers into 2nd Brooklyn Site

F45 Training has secured its second location in Brooklyn, with HUDSON’s Amie R. Segel arranging a 4,606-square-foot lease for the workout franchise brand at 55 Prospect St. in DUMBO Heights. It joins a retail tenant roster at the 10-story, renovated office building that also includes Bluestone Lane, Shadowbox and Yoga Vida.

“This is a perfect fit for F45 Training,” said Segel. “The neighborhood growth and TAMI tenants in the area sync with this global brand’s technology-based class format.”

In addition to the new DUMBO Heights location, F45 has another dozen throughout the New York metro area that have either opened their doors or will do so soon. Landlord 55 Prospect Owner LLC was represented by NKF’s Harrison Abramowitz.
