Fitness, Apartment Venture Slated for PV

Life Time Living and Keebeck Real Estate are partnering on an upscale, lifestyle multifamily residence in Paradise Valley. The 11-story complex will be going in at the 100-acre transformation of the former Paradise Valley Mall led by Red Development.

The PV Life Time Living community will be linked to a new Life Time Fitness by a dedicated pedestrian bridge, and each residence will include a Life Time Fitness membership.

Life Time Living will be within walking distance of restaurants and retail shops at PV including Whole Foods Market, Costco, Fox Restaurant Concepts’ Blanco and Flower Child.

There are currently five Life Time Living luxury developments in the U.S. – Coral Gables, Florida; Burlington, Massachusetts; Green Valley, Nevada; King of Prussia, Pennsylvania; and Stamford, Connecticut.

Construction on Life Time Living is expected to be completed in August 2027. The Life Time Fitness is expected to open in 2026.
