Fisher Reveals Renovation Plans to 300 Brokers

Fisher Brothers showed off their plans to renovate the office tower at 299 Park Avenue at “Night on Park Avenue.” More than 300 top real estate brokers showed up for the event.

“Each of our buildings has undergone or is currently undergoing an extensive renovation that goes much deeper than a standard refresh,” said Winston Fisher (pictured), partner with the family firm. “We’ve worked with top designers and architecture firms to totally transform the aesthetic of our buildings, with updated entrances, more welcoming lobbies, and enlivened outdoor spaces.”

Work will begin at the 42-story tower starting in early 2018. Newmark Knight Frank is currently marketing over 341,000 rentable square feet of office space at the 1.2-million-square-foot tower, including future availabilities. The building, which opened in 1967, is currently 90% leased.
