Fisher Brothers Adds Third F&B Brand at 1345 Sixth Ave.

Café chain Blue Bottle Coffee will become the third major food and beverage brand to open a new location at the base of Fisher Brothers’ 1345 Ave. of the Americas. Under the 15-year lease, Blue Bottle will encompass 953 square feet of retail space at the base of the Midtown tower beginning in the fourth quarter of 2019.

Blue Bottle joins Quality Bistro, a French brasserie-style steakhouse from restaurant group Quality Branded, and the popular Asian-inspired eatery Wagamama, which will open new locations at Fisher Brothers’ modernized Sixth Avenue tower.

“At 1345 Ave. of the Americas, we are focusing a lot of energy on improving our tenants’ experience,” said Fisher Brothers partner Ken Fisher.

Blue Bottle was represented by NKF’s Marc Frankel, Jeffery Roseman and Drew Weiss.  Fisher Brothers was represented in-house by Marc S. Packman and Clark Briffel, and by CBRE’s Eric Gelber and Jordan Kaplan.
