FirstService Residential has been tapped to provide full-service property management services to Fawn Lake Community Association in Spotsylvania, VA. The Fawn Lakes community currently sits at 1,170 single-family homes, but at full build-out it will be comprised of 1,400 homes.

The 2,350-acre gated community features an 18-hole golf course, tennis courts overlooking a lake and pickleball at the sports park. Lake activities include boating, kayaking, a fitness center with a weight room, a clubhouse, dog park, a baseball diamond, basketball court, soccer field, two playgrounds and a children’s splash pad. Residents also have access to the pool, beach, pavilion, pole barn, marina and clubhouse. Additionally, the Fawn Lake Country Club is located inside the community and features a restaurant, event venue and tennis courts.
