FirstService Residential Tapped to Manage Fawn Lakes Community in Virginia

FirstService Residential has been tapped to provide full-service property management services to Fawn Lake Community Association in Spotsylvania, VA. The Fawn Lakes community currently sits at 1,170 single-family homes, but at full build-out it will be comprised of 1,400 homes.

The 2,350-acre gated community features an 18-hole golf course, tennis courts overlooking a lake and pickleball at the sports park. Lake activities include boating, kayaking, a fitness center with a weight room, a clubhouse, dog park, a baseball diamond, basketball court, soccer field, two playgrounds and a children’s splash pad. Residents also have access to the pool, beach, pavilion, pole barn, marina and clubhouse. Additionally, the Fawn Lake Country Club is located inside the community and features a restaurant, event venue and tennis courts.

“Partnering with Fawn Lake expands our presence in Central Virginia,” said Trent Harrison, president of the MidAtlantic at FirstService Residential. “The community selected FirstService Residential based on our reputation in the local area, as well as our technology resources and accounting operations.”
