FirstService Residential Tapped to Manage 3,800-Home Community in Virginia

Residential property management company FirstService Residential has been tapped to provide full-service property management services to Brandermill Community Association, a 3,800-home community in Midlothian, VA.

Located in northwest Chesterfield County, 18 miles from downtown Richmond, the community features pools, a marina, sailing center, parks, pavilions, playgrounds, trails and community gardens.

“Partnering with Brandermill expands our presence in the Richmond market. We’re off to a great start with this iconic community,” said Trent Harrison, president of the MidAtlantic at FirstService Residential. “Our team’s financial acumen and our proven record of communication and transparency are just a few of the reasons why the Brandermill board selected FirstService Residential.”
