FirstService Residential Names Nicholas Buccola as Business Development Director

Property management firm FirstService Residential has named Nicholas Buccola as business development director in its Southern Virginia market. An accomplished sales professional, Buccola brings his extensive business development experience and ability to identify growth opportunities and create custom strategies to his new role.

In his new role, Buccola will work closely with community association board members to present FirstService Residential’s resources, technology platforms and commitment to service excellence. Buccola will be reporting directly to Raymond Tate, vice president of sales at FirstService Residential.

David is a media veteran with more than 10 years of experience in journalism, copywriting and communications across a variety of roles.
