First Western Lines Up Mt. Sinai Hospital Lease

Mt. Sinai Hospital, a 99-year-old institution that is the foundation of the Sinai Health System, has leased 10,000 square feet at 2740 W. Cermak Rd. on the city’s Southwest Side. A team of Paul Tsakiris and Fahim Lakhani at First Western Properties arranged the five-year leasing deal.

The hospital will use the 2740 W. Cermak space for data storage and medical records. Founded in 1919, Sinai Health System today encompasses Mount Sinai Hospital, Sinai Children’s Hospital, Schwab Rehabilitation Hospital, Sinai Medical Group, Sinai Community Institute and Sinai Urban Health Institute, with operations across Chicago and the metro area.

Availabilities at the 30,000-square foot 2740 W. Cermak include 600 square feet of retail and 10,000 square feet of clear span space. The property is currently undergoing renovations.
