First Western Arranges Dollar General Renewal in Pilsen/Little Village

First Western Properties arranged a Dollar General retail lease in Pilsen/Little Village on Chicago’s West Side. The renewal at 2740 W. Cermak is for 10 years. The size of the space wasn’t disclosed.

Paul Tsakiris, president of Chicago-based First Western, said a total of 20,650 square feet remains available at 2740 W. Cermak. It includes 10,000 square feet of second-floor space, 10,000 square feet of built-out basement space and 650 square feet of ground-=floor space.

The property is located next to the CTA’s Pink Line, on the Cermak/California intersection and bus routes.
