First Tenants Ink Deals at 95-Acre Allen Ridge Lifestyle Village

The first restaurant and business tenants have been announced for Allen Ridge Lifestyle Village, a 95-acre, mixed-use development near Abilene Christian University. The tenants signed for space in the 29,000-square-foot, first phase, off Ambler Avenue near Judge Ely Boulevard. The list includes Twisted Root Burgers, Blue Jean Café, The Biscuit Bar, Fuzzy’s Taco Shop, Phoenix Pho, Bahama Bucks, Abilene Nail Bar and Hotworx Yoga and Pilates.

Upon completion, Allen Ridge will include a movie theater, 100,000 square feet of shops and restaurants, a hotel, office-over-retail space and 200 residential units. Buildout is anticipated over three phases. Abilene Christian University is the lead developer on the project, and indicated that the project is being geared toward students and residents. LRK is the architect.
