Ryan Companies US, Inc. signed a 112,235-square-foot lease with PODS at Pacific Vista Commerce Center in Carlsbad, CA. The containerized moving and storage pioneer plans to occupy one of the three “last-mile” buildings currently under construction on a 26-acre site at 2800, 2810 and 2820 Whiptail Loop.
“PVCC is the most functional modern distribution project ever built in San Diego. We are thrilled that PODS recognized the value it brings to their business,” said Ryan Co.’s Ryan Grove.
The 411,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art logistics/distribution center is being developed, built and managed by Ryan Companies. Kidder Mathews’ Ronald King, Bob Willingham and Mickey Morera, and Colliers International’s Ted Cuthbert are marketing the project, which is expected to be complete in fall of 2018.
