First Tenant Signed for Redevelopment of Former McDonald’s Headquarters Campus

Oak Brook Reserve has signed the first major commercial lease tenant for the former McDonald’s headquarters and campus. BDO USA has committed to occupy 28,000 square feet of office space at 2715 Jorie Blvd. in Oak Brook, IL, for the headquarters of its subsidiary BDO Digital LLC. The firm is targeting occupancy in the fourth quarter of 20-22.. 

“Oak Brook Reserve is establishing a new standard for offices and headquarters where leading businesses can fully leverage post-pandemic office space strategies – through a commitment to achieve carbon-neutral renovations as much as possible, smarter technologies, and access to green space for wellness and fitness,” said Kyle McDaniel, principal for Oak Brook Reserve. 

JLL EVP Jeff Shay and associate Jack Connors brokered the lease on behalf of the owner, JPD Oak Brook Holdings. Transwestern executive managing director Larry Serota, EVP Cece Conway and senior associate Daye Williams represented BDO Digital.
