First San Antonio Buy Has Investor on the Hunt
The recent acquisition of Executive Apartments at 158 De Chantle Rd. in Northwest San Antonio was the buyer’s first transaction of several planned in San Antonio. Executive Apartments was built in 1964, comprises 68 units and is located in Northwest San Antonio, just south of I-10/I-410 across Old Spanish Walking Trails Park. The new owner is planning to undertake significant interior and exterior renovations on the multifamily asset.
Dallas-based The Multifamily Group’s (TMG) managing director Bryce Smith and managing partner Paul Yazbeck worked with the seller and procured the buyer. TMG previously assisted the seller in purchasing the property two years ago.
Executive Apartments is The Multifamily Group’s ninth transaction since 2020 in San Antonio, and the firm continues to bring new buyers to the San Antonio multifamily market.
