First Potbelly Comes to Longview
Construction is underway on a Potbelly Sandwich Shop at 116. E Loop 281 in Longview, TX. The store, which will lease 2,200 square feet and a drive-through in a 7,000-square-foot building, is the first in the East Texas city.
Potbelly will sign a long-term lease for the space, according to Scott Zhorne with Premiere Management, which is developing the building. He told the Longview News-Journal that he would deliver the building on Sept. 1, 2017, and it could take up to 60 days for the sandwich shop to finish out the space and open.
A Potbelly store in Tyler, TX will open in summer 2017. The Tyler and Longview stores will be the only East Texas locations, according to the company’s website.
