First National Realty Partners has promoted managing principal Andrew DeNardo to CEO and hired Bill Comeau as CFO

First National Realty Partners Names New CEO, Adds CFO

First National Realty Partners (FNRP), headquartered in Red Bank, NJ, has made a key promotion and a new hire within its leadership team. Andrew DeNardo has been promoted from managing principal to CEO, and industry veteran Bill Comeau has joined FNRP as CFO.

As CEO, DeNardo will guide the executive leadership in strategy and execution, and drive company scalability and efficiency. He joined FNRP in 2016 soon after its formation and has been instrumental to the company’s growth.

Comeau brings 20 years of financial experience to FNRP. He has held CFO positions at private firms, institutional funds and nonprofits, including more than 10 years at DLC Management.

“Andrew and Bill are accomplished team players and great examples of the high-caliber professionals who are moving our company forward as we expand FNRP’s portfolio and geographic reach,” said founder and chairman Chris Palermo.
