First Location for Dorothy’s Petcare

Dorothy’s Petcare has leased its first physical location in The Park Manhattan Condominium, at 421 Manhattan Ave. in Manhattan’s South Harlem neighborhood.

The space will be the first physical office for Dorothy’s, a dog walking, sitting, grooming and boarding service founded in 1996.

“Retailers are addressing the needs of this growing section of Harlem,” said Arthur Maglio with The Worldwide Leasing Team of Faith Hope Consolo at Douglas Elliman, which represented both sides of the transaction. “Amenities like Dorothy’s Petcare will anchor the neighborhood, and serve the residents, making life seamless for the local community.”

In March, the Worldwide Leasing Team sold the adjacent commercial space, at 411 Manhattan Ave., in the same five-story building from 1910, to Nez Bar, a unique tapas and wine bar.
