First Industrial Promotes Jim Schlundt to Lead Twin Cities Region

Chicago-based First Industrial Realty Trust, Inc. promoted Jim Schlundt to regional manager and market leader for its Minneapolis Region. Schlundt will be responsible for managing the company’s portfolio, operations and business relationships in the Twin Cities.

First Industrial’s Peter Schultz says, “Jim has been a leader and the consummate team player at First Industrial during his 12 years with the company, contributing to our success in Minneapolis and several development projects.”

Schlundt, who has 26 years of CRE experience, is assuming leadership of the Minneapolis region from Chris Willson, a 20-year member of the First Industrial team who is relocating to South Florida to lead the company’s efforts in that region.
