First Hill Country Honda Underway
Construction launched on San Antonio’s first John Eagle Dealership, dubbed Hill Country Honda. The 70,000-square-foot, $25-million dealership, near the intersection of Culebra and West Loop 1604, is expected to be open by late 2017.
Dealership owner Rene Isip indicated that the 16-acre facility would employ 150. Isip owns John Eagle Dealerships in the Dallas-Fort Worth and Houston areas. “We have plans to make Hill Country Honda one of the top dealerships in Texas. Actually, one of the top in the nation,” he said.
In addition to offering Wi-Fi throughout, and cutting-edge digital technology, the facility will have a digital billboard highlighting inventory specials, as well as community-minded employees and citizens.
Good Fulton & Farrell is the building architect, while Rogers-O’Brien is the general contractor.
