First Austin Active Adult Community on Track to Open in Summer

Greystar is on track to open the first of three age 55-plus apartment complexes in Austin. The first community, called Overture, is scheduled to open July 2017, at 4818 Berkman Dr., in Muller’s northeast Austin development. Construction launched on the 201-unit property in October 2015.

Monthly rents range from $1,813 to $2,858 for one-bedroom apartments, and $2,895 to $3,119 for two-bedroom units. Amenities will include a clubhouse, swimming pool, spa, coffee bar and bistro, game room, theater, yoga studio and fitness center.

Another Overture property will open in spring 2018 at 3100 Kramer Lane, at The Domain. The third will open at 10600 Jollyville Rd. near the Arboretum.
