FiRE+iCE Seeking Texas Locations

Waterman Steele Real Estate Advisors has been tapped to roll out FIRE+iCE Restaurants in Texas. The restaurant concept, focused on a “create-your-own-meal” experience, will expand throughout the Lone Star State via franchising, beginning in Houston.

According to Emily Durham with Houston-based Waterman Steele, FiRE+iCE is looking for 4,500-square-foot-7,000-square-foot spaces in high-traffic and tourist destinations. As of now, the plan is to open up to eight restaurants in Texas, and the company is looking for single- and multi-unit franchises, as well as area developers.

Locations are currently operational in Boston (near Boston Commons), and in Anaheim and Lake Tahoe, CA. Another unit is scheduled to open in San Francisco.
