Firebirds Selects Alliance Town Center for Texas Debut

Firebirds International broke ground on its Firebirds Wood Fired Grill at Alliance Center, Hillwood’s 900-acre, master-planned community within the 26,000-acre AllianceTexas development. The build will be the steakhouse’s first in Texas, with completion scheduled for late 2020. The 7,157-square-foot restaurant is going north on 1.7 acres at Interstate 35W and Heritage Parkway in Fort Worth.

The restaurant uses locally-sourced hickory, oak or pecan wood for is open-fire grill, with the menu offering aged steaks, fresh seafood and salads. The open-concept space will feature lighter-colored woods, charred black brick and floor-to-ceiling windows.

“Fort Worth is Firebirds’ initial entry point into the great state of Texas, and we are confident that guests of Alliance Town Center will enjoy our signature take on classic American entrees and warm hospitality,” said Firebirds’ Mark Eason.
