Fintech Valon Technologies to Move to Midtown South

Valon Technologies, a private equity-backed fintech company, has secured a full-floor office space spanning 13,815 square feet at 860 Broadway in Midtown South.

Moving from a co-working space, the tech-enabled mortgage servicer chose this site for its relocation in Q1 2024. Originally built in 1926, the building underwent renovation by Gordon Property Group in 2019, featuring elements including Andy Warhol’s former Factory studio space.

JLL’s Seth Hecht and Thomas Swartz represented the landlord, while Valon was represented by Cushman & Wakefield. “Our unique portfolio of Midtown South properties is tailored towards innovative businesses seeking best-in-class space and a neighborhood experience that attracts employees to the workplace,” said Tim Gordon, managing director of Gordon Property Group.
