Fintech Pioneer More Than Doubles 3 World Trade Footprint

Fintech pioneer Hudson River Trading expanded its presence at Silverstein Properties’ 3 World Trade Center by 75,207 square feet. HRT, formerly housed in a smaller space at 4 World Trade Center, now occupies 136,000 square feet on four floors at 3 World Trade.

“For the second time in five years, Hudson River Trading has expanded its footprint at the World Trade Center,” said Jeremy Moss, EVP of leasing at Silverstein Properties. “From its headquarters first at 4 WTC, and now at 3 WTC, HRT has attracted the best minds in mathematics, coding and technology. We are excited to support HRT’s business with an environment that attracts and retains their top talent.”

Moss led the negotiations for ownership, together with a CBRE agency team including Mary Ann Tighe, Ken Meyerson, Evan Haskell, Adam Foster, Steve Eynon, Rob Hill and Caroline Merck. CBRE’s Sacha Zarba, Jeff Fischer and Chris Corrinet represented HRT.
