Fintech Relocates to Flatiron With 66K-SF Lease

Williams Equities has finalized a long-term, 66,000-square-foot relocation and expansion deal with Ramp, a finance automation platform. Ramp has moved from Union Square to Flatiron to accommodate its growth and will now occupy the entire second floor at 28 & 40 West 23rd Street.

The two-building mixed-use property is located in the heart of the Flatiron District and is owned by Williams Equities. Home Depot occupies the ground floor, lower level, and mezzanine of the property. The move allows Ramp to double its office space compared to its previous location.

Michael Mathias and RJ Johns, of Cushman & Wakefield, represented the tenant. Mac Roos of Colliers International, along with colleagues Andrew Roos, Michael T. Cohen, and Jessica Verdi, represented ownership in the new transaction.
