Bethesda, MD-based Finmarc Management, Inc., has selected Molly Badger as director of leasing. She brings four years of commercial real estate experience to this new position and was formerly real estate manager for MyEyeDr., a healthcare company with more than 800 vision care centers in 28 states.

In her new position, Badger will oversee day-to-day marketing and leasing functions for a portion of Finmarc’s portfolio of more than seven million square feet of commercial office, industrial/flex and retail properties situated in the Mid-Atlantic region. Her duties identifying organizations interested in expanding or creating a presence in a particular sub-market; handling lease negotiation and renewal activities and forming and strengthening relationships with the commercial real estate brokerage industry. Badger will also formulate and execute specific marketing and leasing strategies designed to maintain peak occupancy levels and build value.

Badger began her commercial real estate career working as a retail leasing associate for H&R Retail.
