Finmarc Management Completes Sale of Two-Building Industrial Property in Gaithersburg

Finmarc Management, Inc. has completed the $10.2 million disposition of 7419 Lindberg Drive, a two-building portfolio containing just under 46,000 square feet of industrial space, as well as 20,000 square feet of industrial outdoor storage land.

The assets are located in the Gaithersburg section of Montgomery County, Maryland. KLNB’s Ken Fellows, Rob Pugh, and Lucas Glaeser represented Finmarc, and JLL’s Dan Coats represented the buyer, Rockville, Maryland-based National Technology Integrators. Aaron Rosenfeld of Kelley Drye & Warren LLP provided legal services to Finmarc.

National Technology Integrators is a design-build contractor that plans to occupy the site, which consists of a 31,526-square-foot flex/warehouse building and a 14,483-square-foot storage building. The industrial building is equipped with 23-foot ceilings, three drive-in doors, and four loading docks. Delivered in 1986, both buildings were completely vacant at the time of the sale.
