Financing in Place for $90M MXU

A New York State Agency-backed financing package helped clear the way for development of the $90 million, mixed-use Campus Square development in Buffalo, NY. Campus Square is being developed by Mark Trammell and McGuire Development Co., with groundbreaking to take place by March 2017. The project would be completed by early 2019.

Situated on a 3.4-acre parcel at Ellicott and E. North Street on the edge of the Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus, the development will consist of 153 residential units (including 92 affordable and 62 market-rate apartments), a parking garage, a community center and retail. Mohammed’s School of Music is proposed for the community center.
