Financial Services Firm Expands with North Jersey Office Lease
Avison Young arranged an 11,302-square-foot lease on behalf of financial services firm RMG CPA at 354 Eisenhower Pkwy. in Livingston, NJ. The new lease will enable the relocation and expansion of RMG’s headquarters to a new space that is more efficient and demonstrates value to its employees by offering an expanded amenity program.
RMG was represented by Jeff Heller, principal and managing director of Avison Young’s Morristown office, and principal Drew Persson. The landlord, Allwood Associates I, was represented by CBRE.
“RMG’s move is indicative of many firms’ seeking to provide their employees the best amenities and access they can, which improves return to office efforts as well as a culture of collaboration among their team,” said Heller.
The building at 354 Eisenhower Pkwy. is centrally located in Essex County and provides quick access to I-280 and the Mt. Pleasant Avenue thoroughfare.
