Financial Institution StoneCastle Relocates to Midtown

StoneCastle Partners, a financial services firm catering to community banks, is relocating to Carnegie Hall Tower at 152 West 57th Street, shifting from the 35th to the 52nd floor in a seven-year lease for 8,785 square feet.

Adjacent to renowned Carnegie Hall, StoneCastle joins neighboring businesses like Rare Violins of New York, expanding its office space, Seabury Capital, and Melius Research. The tower offers amenities such as a tenant-only sky terrace, a conference center, a health facility, and a golf simulator.

The transaction, with an asking rent of $115 per square foot, was facilitated by CBRE’s Ben Friedland and Gary Davies for the tenant and Matt Leon of Newmark for the landlord.
