Financial Firm Relocates from NYC to Rye

CBRE arranged a 2,855-square-foot lease for Haybeach Partners, a global financial services firm, at the International Corporate Center at Rye at 555 Theodore Fremd Ave. in Rye, NY. The space in Westchester County represents a relocation from Manhattan.

The CBRE team of Michael Gordon and Jacqueline Novotny represented the owner, International Corporate Center LLC, and secured the tenant in the lease.

“This was a relocation from New York City by a financial firm that wanted to provide a workspace for its employees that did not require a daily commute to Manhattan,” said Gordon. “The tenant was searching for space closer to home for the majority of its employees in a Class A office property with available space ready for immediate occupancy.”

Located in close proximity to I-95 and I-287, the 180,000-square-foot International Corporate Center offers ample parking and easy access to Metro-North trains.
